Encrypted Submission: Your answers are securely encrypted and sent straight to our SWW-member estate planning specialist.
Remote Review & Consultation: We review your submission, flag any estate or family considerations, and speak with you by video call or telephone to confirm every detail.
Drafting, Approval & Witnessing: Once you approve your draft by email, we send your final Will (secure PDF or optional bound post) with clear instructions for printing and signing in front of two independent adult witnesses.

Is it safe to give you my personal details?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to ensure that the information you send us via our forms is scrambled and unreadable to anyone else. We treat your data as if it were our own.

How long will it take?

Our Digital Wills Service allows you to make a start on your will so it doesn’t take more than 15-20 minutes of your time. The information you supply will make for an easier and quicker conversation when it comes to reviewing your requirements as part of the next step.

Can I get a discount if I choose to receive my final will in digital format?

You certainly can. All of the pricing you see on this page is what it costs to receive your will in digital format (by email in secure PDF format). If you prefer to have your will bound and placed in a protective plastic cover, and then posted to you, we can do this for an additional service charge of £25.00 charge per will.

Do you offer a will storage service?

Currently, we do not offer private storage of wills for our clients, but if keeping your will at home in a safe place is not an option we can provide detailed instructions on how to store your will with the HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS). This is a secure, official government-backed storage facility that ensures your will is safe from fire, flood, or loss.

When do I pay for my will?

Payment is due once you agree that the final will drafts are accurate and to your satisfaction. We will send you a Stripe payment link to your email address and all you need to do is follow the steps.

Our speedy Digital Wills Service allows you to easily start the Will making process.

Simply completing the online questionnaire will get things moving and then once you have submitted your details we just need to chat to you briefly to verify your answers.

If a quick and price friendly service is your desire then your final will can be emailed to you in digital format (secure PDF) within a couple of days of making a start online. Otherwise, if you choose to receive your will in the post it can take up to four weeks. Please note that there is an additional £25.00 service charge per will for the postal option. This is because we will engross your will (bind it and make it look pretty) and deliver it to your home in a dust protective plastic wallet.

Payment is due once you agree that the final will drafts are accurate and to your satisfaction. We will either send you a payment link or you can pay using the Stripe payment button on this page.

Digital Single Trust Will

£349.00

For one person only. Assets are left in trust rather than passing to beneficiaries directly.
Includes a Letter of Wishes*
Is appropriate where beneficiaries:
i) are disabled
ii) are vulnerable (addictions, mental health problems, bad with money)
iii) going through a divorce.
iv) may suffer inheritance tax due to already being relatively wealthy.
v) children from a previous marriage/relationship.

*This type of Will gives your Trustees control over when and how to distribute your estate to your beneficiaries after your death. Your Trustees are guided by your Letter of Wishes, a flexible companion document written alongside your Will.

Digital Mirror Property/Asset Trust Will

For married couples and civil partnerships. A trust clause is included in both wills to ensure that your assets are protected. The trust can contain property or cash or both.
Ringfences property on first death to ensure protection from:
i) Care fees
ii) The surviving spouse remarrying
iii) The surviving spouse changing their will
The surviving spouse continues to live in the main home until they die, and they can downsize the property or draw income from the property if rented out.
The trust can include cash savings as long as those accounts are held in sole names.
