Lasting Power of Attorney

A simple and reliable way to appoint someone you trust to make important decisions on your behalf if you are unable to do so. Protect your future and ensure your wishes are respected.

Service Overview

A Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) allows you to legally appoint someone you trust to make decisions for you if you lose mental capacity in the future. This can cover health and welfare decisions, property and financial matters, or both.

Without an LPA, family members may face delays or legal complications when trying to act on your behalf.

Our trained consultants guide you through the entire process, from selecting the right type of LPA to completing the official forms correctly and submitting them to the Office of the Public Guardian.

At Opal Legal we make sure your LPA is valid, legally binding, and tailored to your specific needs.
